Leslie Harris- Coach

Leslie comes from a stay-at-home mom background who fell in love with fitness over a decade ago.

During her career, she began coaching other women on health and fitness following a healing transformation of her own postpartum journey.

Leslie grew up in a small town of Louisiana, and graduated college from Northwestern State University.

To this day, Leslie still calls her small town home happily married with 2 beautiful daughters, two dogs, three cats, and two reptile babies!

Leslie is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Women's Fitness Specialist, Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist.

"My biggest hesitation when starting the CORE4 Method was someone else also being in charge of my accountability. I am very used to to just following my own fitness plan and trying my own ways of eating to fuel my body out, although I never really had the best outcomes alone.
